Biography

Professor Harris is an associate professor in the Department of Economics at Illinois State University. He is an applied microeconomist with research interests in labor, public, and health economics. His work has been published or is forthcoming in the Journal of Public Economics, Economic Inquiry, Journal of Risk and Insurance, Economics Letters, Applied Economics, Journal of Housing Economics, and Contemporary Economic Policy. Dr. Harris received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Kentucky in 2017.
