Redbird Day

Friday March 3, Monday April 3, and Friday April 21

  • Admitted students attend
  • Provides a current-student perspective of Illinois State and outlines next steps to enrollment
  • Student services departments are asked to participate in a fair
  • Academic information session by the department and a tour of the facilities

Redbird Ready

Saturday April 15

  • Underrepresented and first-generation admitted students and their families attend
  • Provides an introduction to resources and support systems that will ensure students’ success; encourages enrollment
  • Academic department session is from 11:15 am -12:00 pm

Redbird Honors Day

Friday March 10

  • Honors-eligible admitted students attend
  • Provides an overview of the Honors Program and offers breakout sessions to encourage students to enroll at Illinois State and join the Honors Program
  • Academic information session by the department and a tour of the facilities
  • Academic department session is from 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm

Presidential and University Scholars Day

Friday March 24 and Friday April 7

  • Admitted freshmen who are Presidential or University Scholarship winners attend
  • Academic information session by the department and a tour of the facilities
  • Academic department session is from 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm

Open House

Friday March 31

  • Prospective students and families attend
  • Provides an introduction to campus and life as a Redbird
  • Academic information session by the department
  • Academic departments will have a table at the fair 10:00 am – 11:30 am and have an academic session from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
