The Registrar Service Center is located in 107 Moulton. When you need to submit a form (like a registration clearance permit) to the registrar, this is where you go. They also have the most current information about whether your HS foreign language has been recorded in the system, what courses can transfer from other universities for ISU credit, and they have the final say on whether you'll be able to graduate this semester.
